HOW IT WORKS

    Place Your Order

    Orders must be submitted by Monday at 12 p.m. The deadline for bulk orders is the third Monday of the month.

    A confirmation email will outline the availability of goods and the final pricing.

    Orders will be delivered on the Wednesday after ordering, between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Ordering FAQ’s

    • We’re now offering weekly deliveries for local products, and bulk orders will still happen once a month during the third week of the month.

  • We offer two types of products:

    1. Local Product Orders

      • These products are available for weekly delivery (capacity-dependent).

      • Order Deadline: Monday 12 pm for Wednesday delivery.

      • All deliveries occur between 4:00PM and 7:00 PM, and will be left at your door if you are not home.

      2. Monthly Bulk Orders

      • Bulk pantry goods are available once a month.

      • Order Deadline: Monday 12 pm for Wednesday delivery (3rd week of each month)


      Delivery dates are always posted on our website and online storefront.


    • We currently offer free delivery for orders over $100 within Squamish (Valleycliffe to Brackendale).

    • For orders under $100, there’s a $5 delivery fee + GST (minimum order $50).

    • Deliveries are scheduled on Wednesdays between 4pm and 7pm.

  • Help Us Cut Waste

    • Please leave a cooler box, bin, or tote at your doorstep on delivery days.

      • This helps us keep your food fresh, avoid using extra packaging, and reduce delivery & overall costs.

    • All deliveries will be left outside your door, so please plan ahead with wildlife in mind and in case of rain.

    • Please let us know if you have any limitations when receiving your goods.

    • A $5 delivery fee applies to orders under $100 (minimum order is $50).

    • Orders over $100 receive free delivery.

  • The minimum order is $50.

Paying Your Order

    • We accept e-transfers and credit cards.

    • However, please note that credit card payments cost us a 2.9% surcharge, so we ask clients to pay by e-transfer whenever possible.

    • There is no membership fee.

    • We need to confirm that all the items you wish to purchase are available.

    • If paying by credit card, you will be charged once we confirm all items in your order are available. If paying by e-transfer, we will send you an updated invoice if certain products we’re unavailable.
