Over the last few years, I’ve thought a lot about what it means to be human and how we come to know ourselves—what brings us joy, and how to stay present in our bodies so we can truly feel our lives.
Navigating our internal landscape alongside our physical wellbeing can be quite the balancing act, especially when we’re not tuned in to the signals our body sends. So I outlined the building blocks of being human and designed an onboarding questionnaire to help you get to know yourself.
