When we repress feelings and our emotions, they stay trapped inside our bodies, creating tension in different parts of our bodies.

Emotions are a guide to creating a whole-hearted life. Learning to tune into them is the first step toward in making healthy choices for your life.
Healing & Self-Compassion

Being able to recognize how strong our emotions are is a skill we should all aim to master, as this is when we can choose whether to react to what’s taking place or to simply process the emotion.
Understanding what motivates us to do or accomplish anything is key to understanding whether it’s adding to our well-being or if it’s us simply seeking external validation.
