Our Awareness Loop

You don't need to fight your Ego or suppress your Emotions. The path is:

  1. NOTICE the alarm bells in your Body and the data on your emotional Dashboard.

  2. PAUSE and return to your Center with deep, slow breathing.

  3. ACCESS your Soul (your Being) by turning your gaze inwards, pulling your consciousness back into yourself.

  4. LISTEN to the concerns of the Ego (the Protector) and the plans of the Mind (the Manager) with compassion.

  5. LEAD your entire inner team from a place of conscious, intentional choice.

  6. ACTION: Speak, led by the Soul's courage, not the Ego's fear.
